This approach to training with The Innovation Room is taken if you are ready to really knuckle down and accept that you need that little bit of support and guidance to give you the extra push to achieve the results you deserve. You will be set a 12-week personalised fitness programme tailored around your busy week to achieve your fitness goals. My support and guidance will be available to you throughout the whole process. The programmes can alter where necessary and designed around any injuries/issues you may have. With check-ins once a week to ensure you are held accountable for your progress or regression to allow us to keep pushing forward towards those goals.
