Who am I and why trust me with your health and fitness needs?
My name is Matt Worster - I’m a professional fitness coach with a private fitness and wellbeing studio in Solihull. I’m the founder of Innovate health, the innovation room online coaching platform & the designer of our very own Innovator training equipment.
I spent just under 8 years in the British Army & took lead on soldiers’ strength & fitness whilst in the UK and over seas in various countries including Afghanistan. I’ve since completed a Master Trainers’ Coaching Course, where I further extended my knowledge to deliver highly effective coaching sessions to a wide range of individuals. I now coach youth all the way through to professional Athletes! And I’m here to help YOU preform as optimally & efficiently as your life will allow.
